A word from our founder
THE TAYLORED ARC was founded in 2022, in honor of my father Egbert ‘Ed’ Taylor, a fellow former teacher turned public servant in the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation where he spent over 30 years dedicated to ensuring timely, accessible, equitable and high-quality service to patients and guests in their most vulnerable moments.
Learning any new skill is an incredibly vulnerable experience. From my father I learned the thing people need most in those moments is a guide with just enough knowledge and humility to go beyond teaching or telling to allow space for curiosity and experimentation to transform into competence.
Forever a teacher at heart, what has been most consistent in my career is my dedication to learning and development experiences, coaching and therapy that actively engage individuals in their own development and provide the mindsets, skillsets, and tools that help people and organizations achieve their full potential.
I am deeply committed to supporting the personal and professional success of those in my sphere of influence and am proud to partner with peers and organizations committed to the same.
THE TAYLORED ARC exists to continue the legacy of service to others in ensuring individuals, teams and organizations are engaged, equipped and empowered to elevate the talent of today and cultivate the talent and innovation of tomorrow.
